“ I had Nan Xiang before in NYC, so I was excited to try it again in KOP. I was very pleasantly surprised! When we walked in, the restaurant was deceivingly empty, but it filled up as we dined. The facilities were clean and our server was great. The lucky six soup dumplings were delicious with thin skin and steamy soup A lot of the dumplings tasted pretty similar to one another, but they were all delicious. The stir fried rice cakes were a perfect chewy texture and very authentic. We also got the scallion pancake wrapped beef. I thought the pancakes were crispy and delicious and the accompanying sauce was tasty. The pancakes were on the greasy side, but I didn't mind that. We left with happy tummies and went to the connected Tsao Chaa afterwards for a sweet treat! ”

“ Woahhhhh this place is expanding quickly and I'm here for it! This is their 5th location!! I am a huge fan of their original location in Queens, NY and once I saw they had this location I came to try it for myself. This place is unlike their original location as they do have a full bar and their menu includes alcoholic beverages. They also have more menu options and a bubble tea spot inside the restaurant (how cool). The space is beautiful and just outside the KOP mall with plenty of parking. I ordered my go to order of beef scallion pancakes, chicken and pork soup dumplings and the pan fried noodles with shredded beef. Everything was just like the original , delicious !!! I am so happy to have this place about an hour from me and it's worth the drive ! I'll be back soon. Don't miss this place, if you're in the area, it's a must try! ”

“ The Four Happiness appetizer is one of my favorites. It has mushrooms and soft tofu. I'm not a huge tofu fan, but if I didn't read what was in this dish, I'd never guess it was tofu. It has a very meaty texture and is marinated in a delicious sauce. I stopped in for noodle soup, as it's very cold out. The broth was light and delicious. When I asked for a bit more broth, they cheerfully topped me off. Service was quick, friendly and efficient and made me very glad I stopped in. Added entertainment: the robots delivering soup dumplings to tables. ”

“ A big addition to the Valley Forge area's Asian restaurant scene! Excellent Nan Xiang soup dumplings (xiao long bao) in larger sizes than typically seen, along with other good authentic dishes. The tastefully-furnished dining area seems suitable for business meals or for family get-togethers. Service is very good, and diners may glimpse a robot carrying dishes back to the kitchen. If it can maintain quality, this small restaurant group in the northeast seems ready to grow meaningfully in other U.S. locations over time. ”

“ First time here - lovely lunch with my friend who is from Shanghai and was happy to eat food based on her home region. Service was friendly and waiter took orders on a mobile device. Food came out fast. Tofu stew - bit mushy ( should a little bit firmer)- syrup was bland Beef noodle soup- - loved the salty pepper spiced broth noodles ok beef a bit bland. Peanut chilli pork dumplings - 5 delicious. Soup dumplings - sorry forgot the pic - 5 A few variations of soup dumplings offered . For a mall - suburban chain not bad but prefer Chinatown. I'll be back and will stick to the peanut chili and soup dumplings . ”

“ I've been visiting NanXiang at KOP ever since they opened last year. I've witnessed their great progress--initially there was some consistency issue, but now it's been consistently decent. I can sense their dedication to make the KOP location a success. The female manager of NanXiang KOP is such a valuable asset too. She's always touring the dining hall, making sure everything is going smoothly. Other than their dumplings, my favorite dishes are: fried rice, wonton soup, sweet and sour spare ribs. I really value the consistency of flavor, and I think NanXiang has been quite successful to maintain the consistency now. ”

“ I've been to other locations before (NYC & Cherry Hill) but wanted to check this one out because it was more local. Soup dumplings were good. Ordered the lucky six soup dumplings, three treasure soup dumplings, scallion pancakes, and the shrimp, pork, and vegetable dumplings in hot chili oil (forgot to take pics). Everything was good and was very filling. Service was quick. It wasn't too busy so we were seated quickly. ”

“ I came here with my friends during the grand opening week. It was such a pleasant surprise. My friends and I we ordered a bunch of food to share. We got the wonton noodle soup, three types of Xiao Long bao, pan fried pork dumpling, scallion pancakes, and pineapple shrimp. Everything is phenomenal. I was so happy to see they have pineapple shrimp, that's a dish I used to eat as a child in Taiwan. I haven't had it for so long. The service was quite fast too, we didn't have to wait too long for the amount of food we ordered. They also utilized the robot cat to deliver food, the kids love it. We actually came back again with our other sets of friends and they all enjoyed it as well. This is one of my fav go to places now. Highly recommended! ”
